This is part of the spanning Secret Garden. I'm not going to post too many of my gorgeous pictures, b/c if you want to see the palace, COME TO SOUTH KOREA. It is SO beautiful and it just overwhelms you with its natural, simplistic beauty; beauty that's the most simplistic and natural is always TRUE, not artificial or superficial. In case you want to know, Changdeokgung palace was created in 1405 by the Joeseon Dynasty during the rule of King Taejong. Gyeongbokgung was destroyed during the Japanese invasion (1592-1598), and so Changdeokgung served as the main palace for about 270 years, until Gyeongbokgung was reconstructed, beginning in 1868.
This palace has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1997.
