In S. Korea, there are a lot of good Japanese restaurants. Particularly in Incheon's New Songdo/ International Business District not far from the Korea Maritime Agency, there is the "Masi" and the "Kyoto" restaurants. This dish is found at the Masi, and it is chicken, coated with egg, and rice on the bottom. It also contains some noodles, too. It's a simple, yet filling dish that is good to try -- especially if you love chicken like me.
